BOG FP Question

So I booked our hotel reservation last night fro 2/28-3/3. Ideally we would like to try and eat at BOG for lunch on 3/2. I logged onto my Disney acct for BOG and its only showing the next 7 days. I wasn't able to enter my new reservation number anywhere. I used another email acct I have to link the new reservation number and now it is showing the days of my trip, however, there are no available times. I'm assuming this is because we're not 27 days out yet but is that correct?
 
I've had the same experience for our upcoming trip March 13th - 21st. My original email lists the next 7 days with no where to enter a new reservation number. I set up a new email address and entered my reservation number and it is showing only showing 7 of my days, all of which have no availability. I called and talked to someone at Disney and she said there really isn't anyone who supports the lunch website and that I would have to wait until I was at the resort where they could get into my account? Hopefully there is something to the 27 days out time so I can get it scheduled before we leave.
 
Thank you! That's actually where I found the 27 day information that made me a little less freaked out. It just seemed odd that I had to create a new account and also that you select and go a few pages and it just said no times available.
