BOG FP+ if you rec'd the invite

Yet another BOG FP+ thread... this is sort of a SO of some of the recent threads... If you received an email invite to use the system, when did you actually get the invite and were you able to get a good selection of times/days??

I'm extremely curious on recent experiences... My feeling is... they opened up FP+ for BOG through April somewhere around mid-March... A bunch of folks who didn't get the invite jumped on and made ressies... more people found out and also made ressies... Now, come the last week of April, the system has been open for over a month already and you get a invite the day you arrive. Would all the FP's be taken already?? Or are you left out for following the rules? Again, as I mentioned in a previous post, this may be why they did not open May this month. If you aren't "inviting" people to use the system until the day they arrive and you aren't locking down the system then why would you "open" the system 1.5 months early??

Exactly what I'm thinking. Why? It doesn't make sense if they want people to be invited and wait until the arrival day to make a FP+ then they shouldn't have anything available past this week.

Why can’t I participate in the FastPass+ test at Be Our Guest Restaurant? The FastPass+ test is limited to Guests who were randomly selected in advance. Any Guest can dine at Be Our Guest Restaurant for lunch as space is available.

Evidently they may have just started to crack down on guest that have not received the invite.

March and April were opened in the middle if February. Up until that point, a month became available at a time in the middle if the previous month.

So if May follows suit like all the previous months (with the exception of April), it should open in the middle of April.
