BOG FP+ - available same-day?

Is the BOG FP+ available to offsite guests at the kiosks like all of the other FP+? Or is that only something you can book if you can prebook?

I'm helping a friend plan a trip, and it would be good to know this before we meet to discuss trip stuff this weekend.

As far as I can tell it's only for resort guests and only through that test website.

It doesn't even show up in your MDE.

AS a follow up question.- if my friends do stay onsite, am I correct in thinking that the BOG FP+ does not count towards your daily limit of 3?

Correct. It does not count as one of your 3.

yea I can't believe it doesn't show up in MDE. We blew right past our FP for BoG in Nov because it wasn't in MDE, no reminder E-mail; nothing. So we had them and missed them.
