Wondering if I should try to get an ADR for dinner.... Is it a good experience at lunch? Dinner looks good... But I cases can't get the ADR... Just wonder how the atmosphere is at lunch... If there are huge lines and if you feel rushed to leave?

Thanks

We loved BOG at lunch. We didn't feel rushed or pressured to leave. The staff was great and the food was good. We did have to wait about an hour to get in for lunch. We definitely could have planned that better. I am not sure if we would have enjoyed the dinner menu. If we can get a reservation for our next trip, we will likely try dinner anyway just to see Beast if we can. Loved the atmosphere at lunch, and it can only get better for dinner. I am kinda hoping they rotate the dinner menu a little before our next visit. Maybe they will have more to appeal to the whole family. That was my only worry about BOG for dinner.

Absolutely did not feel rushed at all. Completely enjoyed lunch and wait wasn't bad. I know I some readers may be tired of seeing my post about my review, but feel free to check it out... Our BOG Lunch Experience with photos.

I highly recommend lunch there-so don't stress if you can't get dinner.

We had dinner there and it was our favourite meal of our trip! They did an amazing job recreating the castle and the beast was great interacting with our girls. They were so excited he danced with them!

When we were there the line ups for lunch were crazy! I wouldn't want to wait in line for that when you could be exploring the new fantasyland.

I have heard that the reservations for dinner are opening up so fingers crossed you get one. It is on our must do list now!

Same! Beast was the highlight of our trip and the rose room was amazing!

You can make reservations for lunch & dinner both, right?::yes::

I'm glad you posted this - after reading your thorough review I am now not so worried about not getting an ADR for dinner. :) We're going in September and so far, even when logging in at midnight on the 180th day (every night for each of our days at Disney), I can't get a ressie for dinner at BOG. The CS option looks really nice! :)

I didn't think they released the ADR's at midnight. :confused3 I thought it was at 6 AM EST. Of course depending on where you are at it may be midnight! :rotfl:

I've done both, and enjoyed both! I found dinner to be much more relaxed, and I liked that menu better, but if you can't get the ADR, don't fret, lunch is just as good.

There's no feeling rushed, they definitely let you take your time and really devour everything and then wander around and takes pics of everything after your meal is done!

If you do end up for lunch, and want to eat in the West Wing just be advised that as it's smaller you might not get seats in there, or have to wait. You can also request this for dinner [when checking in] and again, will have to wait a little bit.

HERE

is my lunch experience from November, I have yet to upload Feb's experience and dinner experience yet!
