BOG Fastpass - linking to an old reservation?

Hi,
I went on to make my BOG fastpass, but it is linking to an old reservation. Basically, I had a resort reservation for the week previous to when we are actually going because I had to move our vacation back by a week.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
 
I'm on the phone with them about this right now, and sigh, it's a known issue. You can call the Internet Help Desk and let them know you're having issues - and you can try and make a reservation 7 days our and see if you can override the problem then.

Good luck! It's great for first-time visitors and a mess for those who're coming back, or have to change.
 
The easiest way is to make the reservation from a different MDE account than you made the first one from.

Apparently my confirmation and reservation numbers never changed when I moved my vacation. So it is still pulling up the first week under that reservation (which was cancelled).
 

I finally got this fixed! We tried using 3 different DME accounts and it was still all linking to that one number (our current reservation number). I was at wits end after talking to dining, IT (who basically didn't give a flip), concierge services... I finally called reservations and the girl I got actually talked to IT and then they fixed it. 2 hours of my life I won't get back, but I can now get a FP for BOG.
