BOG Fastpass Ending?

I saw this mentioned on the Restaurant Forum, but didn't see it here on TPAS. Several DISers reported seeing this message when they tried to get FP's for BOG:

On Feb. 24, 2015 the lunch testing at Be Our Guest Restaurant will be ending. Beginning Feb. 25, log on to MyDisneyExperience.com for more information about dining at Be Our Guest Restaurant for lunch.

There is speculation that breakfast begins at BOG on February 25th. All the changes will be made at once. Most appear to think "end of testing" means it "goes live" and no longer considered in the "testing" phase.

Breakfast definitely seems like a possibility, especially after the brief appearance of a breakfast menu that someone posted a shot of a little while ago.

Lots of questions around this change though. Will it now count against one of our 3 FP's? Will it be available to everyone or just on-site guests? I leave 3 days after the change happens, and was planning on having lunch there, so I'm hoping we find out some details sooner rather than later.

It's odd that the message says that information about the new process will be available on the same day it starts. I hope that they release more data before then!

I have a dinner reservation for our coming trip, but I am still hoping to ditch it if I can get a lunch reservation.
