BOG Fastpass. Cant find this answer anywhere. Help!

So I have been unable to reserve a fast pass for be our guest lunch because I bought a vacation package ... So my conformation # includes letters which it will not let me write in for reservation ID. I have looked ALL over MDE and that is the only number I have anywhere even checked the magic band customization area. I called my travel agent for the number and she said since I booked my Resort with my park tickets as a package I have no resort ID #! Anyone go through this? Or know what I can do to get one?

When you go to your online check in there is a number at the end of the web address. I used those numbers as I had seen someone else say in one of the numerous BOG threads. I made a FP and it has my name so I hope it worked. I figure it was worth a try.
