they're trying to accommodate by serving kid friendly food when they could just make the kid order off the adult menu.
Well...food that kids who refuse to try other foods (I get that *sometimes* there are sensory issues, but that is NOT the majority of pickiness, which is learned through being allowed) and are not encouraged to try other foods will eat. But yes.
I don't believe there are "kid foods" and "adult foods". I always ate what my parents ate from the time I started on solid food. If I didn't like it, I could make a bowl of cereal or a sandwich...but *I* was doing it. I might not have always liked everything, but I'm so thankful my parents didn't subscribe to kid food/adult food.
