BOG dinner not on a MK day

Our trip is in Sept, with DH, my parents and our kids DD10 and DD6.

Today was my ADR day - I was able to snag BOG dinner for a night when DH and I plan to have a date night (my parents will stay with the kids). ADR is for 8:45pm on a day when we will be at Epcot mostly. We are staying at Beach Club, and will likely be back at hotel late afternoon regardless.

Is it worth it to trek over to MK just for this dinner? I think so, but would love others thoughts.

Since your reservation window just opened and you really want to try the BOG dinner I would hold on to the existing ADR and wait for something better date wise to come along. You can use the September cancelled thread to check for availability as well as set up a text message restaurant search at touring plan and/or mouse dining for the days and times you want. When that comes up then just cancel your original ADR.

We haven't eaten at the new BOG dinner so I remain opinion less as to it's worthiness.

Just make sure that if that's your plan, you have either annual passes or park hoppers. Otherwise, you won't be allowed into MK if you've spent the day at another park.
