I have a question. I want to do the pre-order for BOG. Do they let you customize your order like exclude tomatoes or request eggs scrambled instead of poached etc.

Exclude tomatoes, yes. Requesting eggs a different way, no, but you cannot do that at the restaurant either I don't believe. It's a QS so they limit the changes.
Thanks for your input this is disappointment. I guess we will be changing our ADR unless I hear that someone else has done this. :worried:

I agree. The menu offering is Poached eggs, not scrambled. That is different than asking for tomatoes to be left off a sandwich

Very interested in this - I would change my order if I could get poached and not scrambled eggs.

What if I want the mayo on the side on the turkey sandwich. I saw that I can exclude it, but I just want it on the side. Wish we could write in directions like that.

Again, what customization you can do even ordering at the kiosk is pretty limited. You can ask the deliverer of your food for some Mayo, though.

Well it was worth a try. I'm the picky eater who special orders everything even in a QS or fast-food place as I don't like a lot of things. I guess I'll be cancelling my ADR. I didn't want to waste time going down there and wasting a ADR for someone else who could use it. Thanks for everyone's input.
