if you preorder coffee, I know you skip the order line. But drinks are self serve I believe, so do you just go get your coffee and sit & pay or do you need to get the cup from the order line?

When you preorder you go to a separate entrance line and then you pay before you enter. You can grab a table first or get your coffee on the way to the table.

Its not preordering coffee it is preordering your whole meal that causes you to skip ordering..then you just go through the pay line, pay and go find a seat. Drinks are help yourself once inside. They also dont dictate what you get..so if you ordered coffee and decide on soda nobody cares

Can you order a cupcake when you do the breakfast pre-order? We will each be getting an entree, but I wanted to try one of the cupcakes while we are here. We are only going to see the castle, and will probably not choose BOG for lunch or dinner any time soon.

Only one of the cupcakes is available at breakfast. Day-old Masters Cupcake.

Why would they do that when people are falling all over themselves to pay $5 for one of those tiny things?

TBF, I can't swear they're day old. But you cannot possibly apply the cookies-and-cream cool whip to a warm cupcake, and they do start serving them, cool from a cooler, at 8AM. I can only conclude they are prepared the evening before at best. They may even be older.
