BOG breakfast

We have never eaten at BOG before so I'm not sure exactly how everything works. We are a party of 8 with only 5 ordering breakfast. Will we get 1 or 2 trays of breakfast pastries?

I can't find the link, but remember reading that if you get 1 platter per transaction if five or less entrees. You can split your 5 into 2 transactions to get 2 platters. It will all get delivered to the same table.
