I really like the croque Madame! I used to get the open faced but liked it better when it was on a baguette.

What kind of bread is it served on now?

What kind of bread is it served on now?

It's now on a croissant. I never had the old one, but people seemed upset. Seems to me like the croissant would be an upgrade.

Since they changed the bread I'm now considering the croque Madame.
