Yes we ordered our entrees for breakfast and cupcakes!! You can get whatever you want. I have to say, we all actually were surprised at the breakfast at BOG. I really liked it. We split meals which helped on cost too.

In looking at pictures of the food, I think the breakfast looks the best! I grabbed a breakfast reservation just for early park entry and now I'm excited about it!

We really enjoyed it, we did a later breakfast since that was all we could snag for our ADR. Pre-order your meal in the My Disney Experience app, it'll save you some time too so you can hit the park faster and get some rides in. Enjoy!!
