Not sure where to ask this so going to try here:

1. If there's a special request (for example: no yogurt stuffed in the french toast), can this be accomodated?? How do I do this if its pre-ordered??

2. If DH wants simple scrambled eggs/bacon which is off the kids menu will he get an 'adult' portion? And I'm assuming coming in as 2 adults and 1 child, they'll take off 2 adults/1 child from our DxDp entitlements?

I thought although the amount of credits are the same, there are 'adult' credits/entitlements and 'child' credits/entitlements?

Only for TS credits on the regular plan. All other credits are pooled. All deluxe credits are pooled. There are no "adult" deluxe credits and no "child" deluxe credits.
