BOG breakfast questions..............

For those who have been or even just know enough about it to answer, Does everyone in your reservation have to order food? We are traveling with my in laws an I have put them on the reservation as I am sure that they will want to go. However, my FIL is really old school about food. HE is a meat and potatoes guy and breakfast for him should be bacon and eggs or something like that. For this reason , I don't know if he will want to order. Will that be okay? Will they charge a QS credit just for walking in with our party? TIA
