BOG Breakfast - Gluten Free

Has anyone with a gluten allergy eaten breakfast at BOG? Is there a gluten free pastry platter (or at least some kind of alternative offering)?

Do they have an alternative bread for the open face egg sandwich or do they just serve it without the bottom?

They offer gluten free waffles, and that is the option I chose last year. They do have a gluten free pastry tray, and they were very good. My husband, who is not gf, thought the gf pastries were actually better than the regular ones. I didn't ask about any other breakfast options, but they did customize my lunch using gf millet bread. The chef was very accommodating, so I wouldn't hesitate to ask if you'd rather have the egg sandwich!

Yes, they have multiple gluten-free breakfast choices, including gf millet bread under the open-faced egg sandwich. When you pre-order your meal, you'll be able to pick a gluten-free option.

Our BOG breakfast is the only ADR where I forgot to add my DD9 gluten free needs. If we order online ahead of time, does anyone know if the gf options will show up. Or do I need to call and have the allergy info added to the ADR. Can you even order off the allergy menu ahead of time?

Yes, the online order is the only way to get gluten-free food at breakfast or lunch BOG. Clicking the usual button during the reservation process won't give you that option that way it does with table service reservations, so you missed nothing.

I pre-ordered my gf breakfast in October. I had the gf waffles (think Van's?) and I think it came with fruit. My DH also tried the gf pastries and said they were good.
