BOG breakfast- Fastpass + help

I just changed my 8:00am breakfast at CP to an 8:05 breakfast at BOG. Now I'm thinking my fastpass plan should change since I had 7DMT as one of them and I'm thinking we might be able to get right on it after breakfast. We're planning on around a half day at the park and my kids are 6 and 8. What would your fastpass plan be?

We had an 8:05 at bog and had no problem getting a ride in afterwards. It is not an absolute guarantee, but so far I haven't read any reports saying they weren't able to. As long as you're at the holding area 15-20 minutes before park opening you should be ok.

If it were me and riding it once was enough, I wouldn't keep a FP for it. However, since your fp's are probably all in the morning, I'd keep it and replace it after I successfully got the ride in after breakfast. I don't like taking chances I can't fix if there's a problem.

We like SDMT enough that we'd ride it twice- one with bog and once with FP later. Lines are short in the morning for secondary rides so keeping the SDMT isn't costing anything really.

I'd ride it twice myself as well. You will still have time to hit a couple of other headliners with short waits that morning and 7DMT is great!

Disney could also change its opening to an 8:00, like it did for much of June, rendering that 8:05 BOG almost useless as far as 7DMT goes. I'd wait until you actually had your ride before switching out your 7DMT FP+. Plus, my kids like to ride it multiple times, so we'd never drop a FP+ for it once we had one.

I'd either ride it again, or wait until you've ridden and then change the FP to something else. That way, if you don't make it to ride before open for some reason or you want to ride again, you can.

Thanks, good idea keeping until we ride at least once. I have a fastpass + for it the day we eat at BOG and on another day that we're at MK so I think I'll keep them and wait until we get there to decide.
