So we went to BOG for lunch last week as we have many times - we did not preorder like we usually do, but weren't sure what we'd be in the mood for. Ordered a couple of standard entrees, no special orders (turkey sandwich and French dip) , quickly found a seat and waited. Waitress looked at our receipt, and then others kept getting their orders, even those seated after us. We had a difficult to get FP+ later, so finally mentioned something to a waiter, politely, after about 25 minutes. He was so friendly, took our receipt, and came back in 5 minutes or so with our sandwiches, apologizing profusely saying somehow the order got lost. Then the manager came in and apologized, and some other manager did as well. They offered us a free gray stuff(not bad - had never tried it.) and then gave us 2 FP vouchers. Then they came back and credited the entire meal. That was really unnecessary I felt, very nice, but have never experienced that in Disney since we don't really complain much, and didn't really complain in this situation. Obviously, someone wants you to be happy at BOG!
