BOG ADRs for Groups Larger than 4

So, for the past couple of days now, I've been "testing" the online reservation system to see how available BOG reservations seem to be for this coming January. And everyday so far, there have never been tables available for any group over the size of 4 - whereas for a family of 4, they have been readily available. Do they not have tables for larger groups available at BOG?

I am sure they have larger tables, but they are most likely limited in numbers. The ADR system also doesn't "allow" for tables to be put together for larger parties. Most likely there is just no longer any larger tables available. You could attempt to book multiple tables to fit your party size but there would be no guarantee you would be seated together or even near each other.

I don't know when you are finding ADRs for 4 because I have been trying to do that for two months for the week we will be there in November and have had no luck.

There are larger tables at BOG, but 4 tops are probably the most common. However, since BOG books up quickly as soon as the 180 + 10 becomes available for visitors, most likely the larger tables are already booked when you're "testing" the system. If you are eligible for the 180 + 10, you will more likely to find tables available closer to the end of your +10 dates.

Thanks everyone. My 180 day window opens on 8/1 (for a Jan 28 checkin). When I checked even an hour ago tonight, I was able to find a table for four on 1/23 for 4 o'clock. But, alas, nothing for anything larger. One would be led to believe they don't have a lot of "larger" tables.

However, today (7/27) is 180 days before Jan 23, so people have already been booking 1/23 for the past 10 days. As I said earlier, you'll probably have more luck trying to book a larger table (or 2 smaller tables at about the same time) towards the end of your trip rather than on your first day.

Yeah, I know. Only four more days to go. I was just hoping for some confirmation out there that tables for parties of 7/8 do exist at BOG. I'm sitting here cringing at the thought that people are able to book ADR's on the days we'll be there before I can (because of the +10)

They don't have a lot of large tables, from what I remember. It is mostly 4-tops. There are a few larger tables that run up the middle of the main dining room. I don't remember much of the West Wing dining room.

I booked a 4 and 2 person reservation for my party of 6 in December. I'm going to call that day or show up there and just ask if they can at least seat us near each other. If not, oh well.

Sadly it is true - since there are fewer large tables they tend to go fast. I looked for the 25th and there was nothing for 8. Try for later in your vacation & good luck!

BOG is 10 + 8 for us and although we had problems getting on the site our plan was to book BOG first. Daughter finally got on the site at about 0615 (I had no luck) and went to book BOG for the 6 of us. Only times avail for 6 people were 5PM or earlier. If we tried to break up to a table of 4 and a table of 2 we were able to get an ADR at 6pm - our goal time was 7pm. Anyway - we stuck with the table for 6 at 5PM. As everyone has said - the farther out you can book from your 180 + 10 the better your chances of getting what you prefer. We were surprised that there was such limited times at eight days out but +9 and +10 do not work for us at all. Actually - we are lucky we got as many of our ADR's as we did.

We have an ADR for nine people in a couple of weeks, but I made my reservations over the phone so maybe you would have better luck calling? I hope it works out for you!

I have table for 5 on Jan 8. It is 8 days into my trip, and I didn't get up early to make my ADRs.

I haven't read the responses, but I got an ADR for 6 in October at the 180 day window.
