Well, everyone gets onto Main Street USA starting at 7:45.

But no, you won't get behind the castle until rope drop. Not even close to being PPO.

Everyone can enter the park about 1hr to 1hr 15mins prior to RD.
With a 9:25am ADR for BOG you will definitely not be allowed past the castle prior to RD.
