I was checking to see if BOG lunch was on the QS Dining Plan and found this on Disney World Official Website. I posted this on the Dining Plan Board and no one was too concerned and said that it was too early to know for sure. I know many people plan a year ahead. Will BOG Dinner be omitted from the 2016 DP or perhaps it will bump up to 2 credits at some point?

2016 plan hasn't been announced yet and probably won't be for some time. I would doubt it that BOG goes to two credits it's definitely not worth that.

i guess i don't even understand what you are trying to show us.

as you can see most of the 2016 plans say N/A.
basically nothing is updated which does conclude that its just too early to know anything because disney does not even know as of yet.

and BOG is not even mentioned nor is any other restaurant so i just don't understand why you're concerned about it.

I would never use two credits for BOG...the food just is not that good....atmosphere only goes so far...

I think the reason no one is making a big deal about this is that, even though some people do plan a year or more out, the package pricing for 2016 isn't even released until July. As of right now, you can book room only for 2016, but not a package with a dining plan. So no one is currently able to buy a dining plan for 2016...it's not ready to be released yet. So, while it may be showing that on the website, it still says N/A because, quite literally, it is not applicable yet.

I can't imagine they would remove it from the dining plan OR move it to 2 credits...although people would still flock to it, I'm sure!

So, if you're planning a trip for 2016, don't let it worry you :-)

I'm sorry if I jumped on this too soon. I was surprised when I stumbled across the BOG entitlements for 2016. I looked at a bunch of other restaurants and BOG was the only one I could find with 2016 info. Why does BOG have this info up so early - another glitch? To me it looked like BOG was being excluded from the dining plan except for QS breakfast and lunch. I could see them making it 2 dining credits but I would be surprised if it was removed from the Dining Plan. It will be interesting to see what changes come if any.

I've seen the N/A listings on dining plan entitlement listings in multiple locations over the last few years. The only thing it means is that they haven't put in the info yet, nothing more. That's not to say they'd never change entitlements required for BOG, but this does not mean that is happening.

I wouldn't be surprised to see it go to 2 credits. An easy way to control demand. It's still somewhat difficult to get dinner ressies at BOG. I'm not saying it's worth it, I just wouldn't be surprised. I never thought Le Cellier was worth it either, but it still went to 2 credits.
