When I started measuring and weighing, I bought one of those scales that does body fat. I know it is not exact, but it is still a good general idea. On Feb 1st I did my first read out...I almost died of a heartattack when it said 37% body fat...Did it again this morning and ........ 32% body fat...either way I lost about 5% body fat

I am aiming for 25% for this summer...normal for a female is about 22%, and I want that for Sept
