BOC or Package?

So, we have a total of 8 people guests and bride and groom...We are only doing soda and water. is it more economical to do this BOC or as a package with such a small # of people????
Thoughts???

How much is a package water/soda bar?

For that small a group it might be best to do the math and it may just add up to be the same either way.

I believe for soda it's $3-4 per drink and they charge per hour and per person. You cold also just do tap water instead of bottled?

BOC will probably work out cheaper. Individual soft drinks cost $4 each.

If you do BOC, Disney estimates two drinks per person for the first hour and one drink per person each hour thereafter to calculate the cost when you make your final payment 30 days before the event. Then you get a refund or a bill afterward.

So if your event is 4 hours, they'd estimate your BOC bar at $20/person. However, unless your guests actually put away 5 sodas apiece in just 4 hours, you'll get a refund and spend less than you would on a package bar.

Yes, you can do tap! They set up a "water station" with pitchers of ice water for something like $25. Just ask!
