So we stayed from the 4-13th (8 days, 9 nights) so we had extra meals :)

First food purchase was Refillable Mugs at the food court. These were awesome. If you are a big coffee or pop drinker they come in handy. We brought a backpack to the parks so it was super easy to shove them in there and then get a refill on the way to the room when returning. The mugs are also super cute. At our hotel (All Star Movies) they had pink, blue and black. I got pink, DM got blue.

First Day:
Sunshine Seasons (L)

I had the cashew chicken with a side of noodles
The noodles no longer look like those that I saw in most food pics, they are thin- almost like vermicelli
The chicken was really yummy. A little spicy but not too much. However, I really did not like the noodles- I probably only ate half of them and I am a HUGE noodle fan. I said that the next time I would probably get rice.

DM had the roasted beet and goat cheese salad. She loves beets so this was perfect for her. There were red and yellow beets on this and I think some kind of balsamic dressing. DM particularily like the yellow beets. She loved this!:lovestruc

I had a Diet Coke, DM had a lemonade

For dessert we shared a slice of cheesecake and a slice of strawberry shortcake. They were both good- not the best desserts ever but better than you'd expect from CS. We both said the shortcake was a little better than the cheesecake and that next time we'd probably try something else.

All in all we both really liked Sunshine Seasons and I would recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to eat at Epcot.
