Bobble

I saw that too and considered getting it. But it felt really thin to me...didn't think it would keep the water cold long enough. We have used the Liv Fit and Pur filtered ones on previous trips and they worked great. I think I will just order some filter refils for that instead. :)

We have Bobbles. The kids took theirs down to Disney last month. Worked great. Just packed them in my backpack w/ just a little water in them in the morning (hey, I'm the one with the backpack on my back and water is heavy) and when they got thirsty, just took them out and they would fill them a bit more from the nearest water fountain. If they wanted to fill their Bobbles all the way, they had to carry them themselves. So it worked for us.

As for how thin they are: we've had them since about August. Still using the same Bobbles, just change the filter every so often. DS's is a little scratched here and there so is DD's come to think of it. Doesn't bother them or the way the Bobble works. The kids take theirs to school every day and to their sports practices and games. College DD has her's at school and the entire Dorm has since placed an order online so everyone has one. HTH

I bought a bunch for use at Disney (for myself and gifts for friends I'm travelling with.) I used it at home to make sure it worked... figured I could return the rest if not, lol. I've yet to use it at Disney, *but* I will say this. We had some major snow/ice shortly after I got it, resulting in lots of road salt being used, and it made our drinking water salty. Friends were commenting on the taste, and I was  Then I realized that although I could *see* the salt swirling in my water bottle, I didn't taste it AT ALL. It was amazing!

I saw someone suggest at one point to fill the bottle partway, freeze it overnight, and then top off in the morning. I love mine -- so far, so good! :)

We used ours during our January trip. It worked great!

At night, we filled it with ice cubes and water and kept it in the fridge. By morning, there was a big chunk of ice that kept the water cold for much of the day. By the time the water warmed up, we were either at lunch or back at the room. Either way, we just added more ice cubes. The filter worked fine, no "Florida water" taste.

Back at home, I use it everyday. We love ours too!

We love our bobbles! Just DON'T put them in the dishwasher if you use heated dry! Mine bent so I couldn't really squeeze it, when we tried to heat it to unbend it we shrunk it. It was great for the 4 months or so it lasted though! It's especially great with city water.

Sounds great.
Now to find the lowest price.
I wonder if there are any coupons out there?

Too bad they don't have a ring for a carabiners clip. I was hoping to go bagless this trip.

I wonder if something like this could work?

I love my bobble; have two of them now actually (a litre one for around the apartment and a smaller one for carrying out, 18oz or something like that). Loved it in Florida, and love it at my apartment -- the water in my college town is sickly-sweet. I use it at my parents' house too, but they have well water which tastes fine.
