Bob Gurr in Hamilton in October!

After being postponed twice, An Evening with Bob Gurr is back on! It's in Hamilton, Ontario on October 21, 2021 from 7-10 pm. For those that don't know, Bob Gurr is the last living Imagineer that worked with Walt. He designed so much over his years....Doom Buggies, Monorail, Matterhorn Bobsleds....and so so much more. It's his 90th birthday a few days after this event too. If you want to meet this Legend...get your tickets soon! Google 'Bob Gurr Hamilton'. He's also in several of the episodes of "Behind the Attractions" it's so much fun to listen to him talking about working with/for Walt!

When they had their first postponement last year, Bob offered to do a private 'Zoom' style meeting with all the current ticket holders! He is amazing! So funny and full of life and life experiences. He sure doesn't talk or act like a 90 year old lol.
Some of my family have the special 'Burgers with Bob' tickets, so we'll be having a private lunch with him that day. I can't tell you how excited we all are!!!

Are you going again? I’m not sure if it will be the same as last time or a new experience entirely.

I can't confirm nor deny that a film crew will be will be at the event, it should feel very similar to the first event tables might be spaced slightly more (covid venue policies). Some new stories and insights that were not told originally will be told and discussed, also many old stories will be brought up. It's also Bob's 90th Birthday.

We are going! Just bought the vip package. It will be fun to get out for a night. We just recently cancelled a vacation; I think these smaller, closer to home outings will be good for getting me out in the world again, around crowds. Looking forward to it. So cool! I sat next to Bob in March 2020 (days before the parks closed) at the Lion King show at Animal Kingdom and his enthusiasm for the cast members was infectious. It was really a joy to meet him.
