Boatwright's??? Any good?

we have enjoyed breakfast at boatwright's several times. we have eaten dinner there and while it was good would not make the effort to get there again from another resort.:p

I love breakfast here also and will drive from whatever resort we're at just to eat there. Dinner has a pretty limited menu, but pretty much the same fare as most places. I love their hot bread. Many times I just get the house salad, soup and bread, while DH eats a meal. They do have a great kids menu which has everything that most restraurants have for kids, but also fried shrimp, which my grandson loves. This is always a must stop for us for every trip. While there are not many restraurants that wow me at WDW, I find this one to be a good and relaxing place to eat. Nothing outstanding, just a good meal. But love the french toast at breakfast (or is that freedom toast?).

My DH and I try to stop here for breakfast during every trip. As you can see from our list of visits, it is quite often! ;) I personally love Henri's Hotcakes. I don't know what they do, but the combination of fresh butter, and buttermilk pancakes is to die for. I better add that to our list for our upcoming trip! :)

We love Boatwrights for breakfast! The bagette (sp) french toast can't be beat.

We stopped here originally because the food court was so busy that we didn't think it would take too much longer to actually sit down and relax for breakfast. We walked right in and were served right away. The service was good, everyone loved the food and we will definately stop here again.

We love the breakfast at Boatwright's. Dinner isn't really anything special. We've had it 2-3 times and probably won't be back for that meal.

It's so good that I'm eating my birthday breakfast there in June. May even eat a dinner there - and we're not staying at POR or POFQ.

We think Boatright's is one of the more "overlooked" places to eat if you are NOT staying at POR.

We have stayed at POR many times and NEVER have had a bad meal whether it be breakfast or dinner.

The french toast for breakfast is a must and (it just my opinion),
but the pot roast for dinner taste like the one MOM used to make when we were kids.

Have only had breakfast there, and it was incredible!!!

We ate Thanksgiving Dinner there last year and it was the best dinner of the week. The food was great and the service was too. While my husband and I had the traditional Thanksgiving Dinner, our son had steak and our daughter had chicken. They both enjoyed their dinners also.

My boyfriend and I had breakfast there a week ago. Yum! We started with the strawberries and cream and then I had the banana stuffed french toast. I loved it! The service was also terrific.
