Boats between Epcot & DHS running?

I saw a post last week that the boats between Epcot, Swan/Dolphin, and DHS were shut down for post-Irma repairs. Are they up and running yet or are there going to be major repairs/long term shut down?

They may have been down for a day or two but have been running since.
