Boathouse or HDDR

My family of 5, including teenagers, are having trouble deciding. We've been to HDDR before and loved it. Never been to boathouse. We have picky eaters and are celebrating a special birthday. We are planning on getting the deluxe dining plan so either would be covered. Not sure if french fries or baked potatoes are included with steaks at the Boathouse even with the plan. Will Boathouse cost us even more on top of the dining plan? Can you order S'mores dessert on the plan?

When you review the menu for the Boathouse the entrees listed any included any sides. So for example, the fish & Chips includes fries. But the steaks do not include anything, The sides are extra such as potatoes or vegetables and salads are OOP, even on the DxDDP. It will almost definitely cost more than your credits, but that is up to how you order.

Haven't done HDDR so can't compare for you but Boathouse is the favourite restaurant in our house. The food is awesome and the service is what you would expect from a signature restaurant. The sides are meant to be shared so don't think you need to order a side dish for every person as well.
