Boat to WL from MK, can this be done with an ECV

Friend of mine is going to WDW in 27 days, her parents are treating the family for the grandkids first trip. Grandmother has to be in an ECV, can they use the boat from MK to WL with the ECV.
They also have no dining reservations, but that is another thread:) we are working on that
 
Yes, sometimes you have to wait for other people to get off so that the dock and the boat meet up. But it can be done

We stayed at WL in January with an ECV and used the boat all the time. I need to warn you that the ECV CANNOT use the smaller boats. You must use the larger boats. When we were there they ran the larger boats every other one so they might have to wait a bit for the larger one.
 
Thanks for the info everyone, I will pass it along. I just want to help their family have the best trip possible, so I am trying to think of things that they will need to know ahead of time.
