What time does the boat start running from DHS to Epcot?

Service starts at 8 a.m., but it might be a bit later until the first boat reaches DHS. On EMH mornings, service starts at 7:30.

Thanks. So basically, you can get into Epcot through World Showcase but nothing in World Showcase will be open until 11:00, correct?

Yes, the path past GB and Canada will be open, but the rest of WS will be blocked off. There's another path open from Future World to Norway for the Princess Bfst, but I think you need an ADR to get thru on that one.
