Boat schedule around Crescent Lake

We'll be staying at the Yacht Club this trip, and it seems there is a boat that will take you to Hollywood Studios, Epcot, and the other resorts (Boardwalk and Swan/Dolphin) around the lake. Is there a source I've missed that gives info about the boat schedule? For example, is there one boat route that stops at all locations? What route does the boat follow (i.e. what order does it stop in)? How long does it generally take to travel in between stops, and how long does it spend stopped at each (or does this change through the day)? etc.

We normally drive our car at Disney, even when staying on site, but it seems that for the Yacht Club, we might be best off driving only to AK, and walking to Epcot, taking the bus to MK, and taking a boat to HS.

the resort forum has a ton of information on every resort in it.. this is probably already answered. I'm not up to date but I do know there is a boat that goes epcot to HS stopping at all resorts. I'm not sure if there is a separate boat that is a different route as I've never tried to take it.

We're at the Yacht Club now. The boats go Epcot-Boardwalk-YC-Swan/Dolphin-DHS and in the reverse order going back to Epcot. There isn't a strict schedule, but you can generally expect up to a 20 minute wait for a boat going in your direction. I think the whole trip from Epcot to DHS takes about 30 minutes.

We've been using the boat mainly for DHS, walking to Epcot and taking the bus to both MK and AK. I and two of the kids walked to DHS on Thursday morning and did not get passed by a boat. We weren't walking fast either. One arrived at DHS about two minutes after we did. Also be aware that they can be shut down by bad weather. We had just gotten on the boat back to DHS on Thursday when it started to storm, and they had to hold the boat at the dock. We watched the radar and waited until the rain let up to go catch a bus. They run buses to the Epcot resorts if the boats aren't operating. The trick is the Epcot resorts don't appear on the large bus directory. They just put a sign on the sidewalk where the bus picks up. When we used the bus it was the third bay on the left side as you're coming out of the park.

If you get a room in the wing to the west of the gazebo you can exit near the YC boat dock through a door next to room 1065. There are also benches on the boardwalk (just the walking path outside YC, not the BW area itself) nearby that are great spots for watching the fireworks at Illuminations. You just can't see the portion of the show on the water or hear the narration.

We are really enjoying the YC. Hope you have a great stay!
