I've been reading and reading, but I want to confirm this in black & white...

1. Is there a boat that travels between Epcot & Boardwalk?

2. Is there a boat that travels between MGM & Boardwalk?

TIA!:)

Yes . . . it's easy to find.

If you exit the World Showcase in EPCOT near France, you'll pass through the International Gateway. The boat dock will be immediately on your left.

The boats are there, but I found it quicker to walk to both parks from BW-especially Epcot. That's about 5-10 minutes. MGM is a bit further, but if you're in shape and don't mind walking-there's a nice walking path from the BW to MGM right along "the river".

Normally I probably wouldn't mind the walk, but it will be me (pregnant...32 weeks) and my DS4 and DS2 for the Epcot one, and my dh will join us for some of those times too...besides I think the boys would get a kick out of the boat...but thanks for the tip (we will remember it for future trips)

We stay at BW at least once a year, the boat system there is pretty good. Just leave yourself time - it probably takes about 20-30 minutes for the boats to do a full trip.

The way they go is from Epcot to Swan/Dolphin to BW to BC to MGM then make the exact trip on reverse.

The docks at each resort, the BW & YC/BC have seperate sides when you enter. One being to board for Epcot, theother side to board for MGM. If you don't see a sign just ask the CM they are very very helpful.

Aren't the S/D closest to MGM?

I was there last month. The route was (I believe) Epcot, BW, YC, S/D, MGM.

I stayed at the BW, and liked the fact that the BW was the first stop from Epcot.

We've always walked that loop (quiet, useually empty, nice scenery, quicker than the boat), but DW will be six months pregnant during our June trip. She said I should also point out, for pregnant women, that the Friendship is air conditioned, the walkway is not!
