boat access

So MK to Poly must be by mononorail?
Yes. One of the benefits of using an ECV on the monorail is that you never have to go search for an open car. The CM with the ramp locates it for you.

Not true. They cannot go on the small boats that go to GF and Poly.

No, those are the same ones iirc. Because of the step down into the boat. Plus if you could even get a scooter on one of those, it would be extremely cramped. And people complain about those parents who have those gigantic jogging strollers that can fit 3 kids, plus 2 hanging on in the back plus all the stuff that they carry.

Scooters can go on ANY boat except for the little ones that go to Fort Wilderness from MK/WL.
I have used a scooter on the boats from MK to Fort Wilderness many times. it is the little ones on the Poly route that can not take scooter/wheelchairs

Was just there - there are TWO types of boats that dock at WL.

The "smaller" boats (the same type that services the GF/Poly to MK run) also runs WL to FW. Those boats are NOT handicapped accessible.

The "larger" boats service the runs to/from CR & MK and the WL dock. Those boats do not have a ramp, but can be accessible - provided that the lake levels are not too high or too low... and they can "balance" the boat to get a (relatively) level opening for the device.
