Do the Boardwalk Villas have a continental breakfast?

I'm not sure what you mean... There is no continental breakfast included, but you can go down to Boardwalk Bakery and get some pastries, juice, coffee etc in the morning. Of course, you have to pay for it. There is also Spoodles, a sit-down place, which you could order continental offerings.

The Belleview Room, which is the cocktail lounge and right on the other side of the Lobby, frequently has pastries and such in the AM.

I don't think any WDW resort has a free continental breakfast. Most have restaurants attached, but not free.

Unless you consider concierge morning offerings a "free breakfast". And the villas do not have concierge.

How big are the pull out couches in the boardwalk studios? Could they fit a tall person? Thanks for any help you can give

I would say no.

I would think anyone over 6' would not do well on one.

I am 5'6" and they are fine for me.
