Boardwalk Villa Studio

We are thinking of staying here in November, how big are the BWV Studios, would they take 2 adults and DS 17.
Does anybody have a picture of the studios?

How do they compare in size to a room at All Stars?

You get one queen bed and one double sleeper sofa. You get a balcony and a small kitchenette.

In the studio we stayed in (5061) the sleeper couch is right next to the queen bed, separated by a night stand. In the corner near the slider across from the couch is a table and two chairs and on the right of that is the flat screen TV and chest of drawers it sits on. The kitchenette is across from the sink and closet on the other side of the room. I haven't stayed in All Stars in a while, but the room size is at least comparable but is very nicely furnished and kept up very well. We loved Boardwalk and wish we owned there or at Beach Club because of it's close proximity to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Enjoy your stay!!!

In my notes I have written that a studio at BWV is 359 sq.ft.
The All Star rooms are 260 sq.ft.

As mentioned the All Star rooms have 2 double beds. The BWV studio will have one queen bed and a pull out sleeper that I believe is queen size. You will also have a kitchenette with fridge, micro, coffee maker, toaster.

Ah, but in the BWV two bedroom villa, the second bedroom is a studio (all two bedrooms are lockoffs) so the sleeper sofa will be a double in the second bedroom and a queen in the living room.

I stayed with my daughters in a studio last Oct. and it was fine since we're all girls. But the studios do lack privacy. You're all in there together with only the bathroom to "get away from it all". As long as you are all comfortable with that aspect of it, you should be fine.

Have a wonderful vacation! The Boardwalk is fantastic.

The BWV studio has a queen bed and a couch that pulls out to a double (not queen). If the three of you have stayed in a room at All-Stars, you will think you have died and gone to heaven because the difference is 100 sq ft, which makes the BWV studio huge in comparison.

Just note that you best not delay. First two weeks of November and week of Thanksgiving are high demand times for DVC units. It is likely that boardwalk view and standard views are already gone for much of November and you may be limited to preferred pool/garden view which is over 60% of the resort and even there some nights could already be gone.

We just returned from a split stay at BLT and BWV - studio. BWV felt much bigger to us than BLT studio. It was our first stay at BWV and we absolutely loved it. So much so that the day got home we started a search for a BWV contract... we signed a contract yesterday for 100pts.

We just returned from a split stay at BLT and BWV - studio. BWV felt much bigger to us than BLT studio. It was our first stay at BWV and we absolutely loved it. So much so that the day got home we started a search for a BWV contract... we signed a contract yesterday for 100pts.

The BWV studio felt bigger than the BLT studio because it is bigger. The bathroom might be smaller, but the sleeping area is much bigger than BLT.

Try an OKW studio some time and revel in the hugeness of that studio if you thought BWV was big.
