boardwalk villa mugs refill

Can someone tell me what the difference in the mug refilling option of the boardwalk and the other resorts. I have heard the boardwalk bakery wont refill the mugs but give you a new paper cup with soda in it for health reasons. Are the same health reasons not present at the other resorts that do have the refilling stations.

Most locations are self serve. If it isn't the CM will serve you a refill in a paper cup to avoid touching your infected mug.

aha I see what you mean now. Maybe with the refurbishment coming that will change..

The only DIY refill I noticed was coffee at Boardwalk Joe's stand by the Bakery.
The sweet shop also has soda refills in cups if the bakery line is longer.

you can also get a refill at the pool bar - again you get a paper cup - once you show him the refillable mug.

don't know why they can't put a self service refillable station there - it would definitely be at least in BWV.
