Beach Club Villas is closer - I know - but if you had to stay at BWV's, is the walk to Epcot pleasant? Looks kinda far to me.

Are there quiet spots in the BWV - or does the pool cause some noise level issues?

Thanks!

It's about five to ten minutes to the IG, depending on how fast you walk.

We stayed at BWV in January and didnt find it noisy at all. We faced the boardwalk, but the 2 families we were with were across the hall and they both faced the pool. THere was never anyone IN the pool except for us!! They do have a quiet pool, and I know you can request a garden view that is away from the noise and boardwalk.

It was a nice walk to Epcot. We loved the location!! We spend most nights in Epcot so it was great to catch Illuminations over by France, and then leave right there.!!!

In the big picture, the difference in distance is negligible. I owned both BWV and BCV--sold the BCV as I no longer needed that many points. Prefer BWV hands down.

I enjoy both the walk to Epcot and to MGM. In most cases, we beat the boats. The walk to MGM is relaxing along the water. When we walk to epcot, we stop for coffee along the boardwalk and enjoy the view over to Epcot.

We stayed in a BWV overlooking the quiet pool, the waterway to MGM and the back of the Tower of Terror. It was very quiet, hardly saw anyone in that pool, it was fun to watch the boats on the canal and some of the fireworks from Fantasmic. It was not a particularly long walk to MGM or Epcot, tho it seemed like a long walk down the hall to our villa after a long day!
