Boardwalk Valet Christmas Week

Visiting Epcot during Christmas week but not staying on-property. We usually spend sometime at the Boardwalk eating, relaxing after the Epcot visit (really miss Ample Hills!). I read somewhere that day guests can use Boardwalk valet parking (33+tip).

Anyone have experience with long Valet parking? Any issues if we pick up car after 12:00am?

Not clear if Valet is only available to visitors with disability tag or everyone now... thanks!

When we went recently, parking at Boardwalk was restricted to resort guests and people with dining reservations at BW restaurants only. We had to give my daughter (who was staying at a different resort) our magic band to get in just so she could drive over to visit.
