Are Screamin', TSMM, and Mickey's Wheel open during or around the time of WoC?

I'm trying to plan for entry into DCA around 7pm on 10/31 when we get kicked out of DL for MHP, and was planning on waiting until around 10pm to do those rides so the line would be shorter.

Do they close early back there? If so, do they reopen? The park is open till 12am.

Thanks.

We were there yesterday at DCA during MHP and the TSMM stayed open during WOC. Screamin had a line outside the ride during the shows I'm assuming for when it reopened after WOC. The games and the carousel opened up after the first show for a few and stopped during the second show again (we waited by the carousel during the first show and was first in line after WOC ended).

So stupid that they close these rides during WoC. They should keep them running and just shut off their lights. :furious:

Having walked back there during WOC, I gotta say that waiting in line with no lights on wouldn't be the safest thing ever.

so I guess the best strategy would be to do these rides before the first WoC, even though the lines will be longer. Maybe we'll plan to grab a FP for Screamin first, around 6:30, then hit GRR, LM, and Goofy and go back around to TSMM around 7:30 before Screamin FP is up. Then we'll grab a ToT FP and start from there (Animation, Muppets, Monsters, ITTBAB, then ToT). If time we'll then do Soarin with hopefully a short wait. We plan to get in line for RSR around 11:45pm.

Does that sound doable?
