Boardwalk Pool Hours

Does anyone know what the pool hours generally are at Boardwalk Inn? Are any pools open 24 hours? We're staying at Boardwalk in September and would love to be able to have a swim when we get back from late dinners, maybe around 11:00. Does the pool actually get roped off or closed in some way?

With the exception of Storm-A-Long Bay at the Yacht/Beach club.. most of pools are still accessible to guests 24 x 7..

Lifeguarding ends at a set time based on occupancy, time of year and so on..

During my recent stay at the Swan/Dolphin I went for a late evening stroll past the Boardwalk pool and there were definitely some folks there and nothing to indicate a rope off or anything like.

Just beware of activites that may be taking place in the quiet pool One night our group headed over there and lets just say one of the kids with us nicknamed it the "nasty pool" It amazes me that people think it is appropriate with kids around to strip naked in the pool and hot tub and proceed to engage in you know...... It did not take us long to remove ourselves and head back to the rooms. It was late anyway!

YIKES! We, our group of ladies plans to hit the pool every night after a long day in the park. Hope we don't encounter anything like that. WAYYY inappropriate at a family resort..."Get a room!"

There are usually signs posted at the pools with the pool hours noted. I know the OKW leisure pools close at midnight. But if you are quiet, you can probably swim after that time. We had to call security twice on our last trip because people where having a really loud time at 2 and 3AM in the morning. Music playing, really loud shouting and yelling.

That's the same process I have seen for the pool slides at the Contemporary and Polynesian, but guests were still allowed to swim once the lifeguards had left for the evening.
