Grandparents with 3 year grandchild suggestions on what floor is best?? No parks just resort stay. NO cooking!
We will be in a one bedroom villa pool/garden view.
WE KNOW FOR SURE WE WOULD LOVE TO BE CLOSE TO ELEVATORS!! Which floor is your favorite and for convenience as well?

IMHO, I would just request close to the elevators or Lobby. The floor doesn't really matter. The more specific a request the less likely you are to get it.

In addition to asking to be close to the elevators (as the OP is planning on doing) I usually like to request the top floor no matter what category I'm booking. That way I can be sure that there is no herd of elephants tromping around overhead when I'm trying to sleep.

When I am by myself at hotels, I do the same. However, when traveling with kids, I will often do the exact opposite and request a ground floor. That way I can let the kids play and have fun in the room without worrying about them waking up whoever is below us.

Floor one for access to Luna Park Pool without having to take the elevator. Floor two is the same level as the lobby. So, when going to catch a bus to AK or MK, you don't have to take an elevator.

Floor one would be most convenient, IMHO, however I do like the top floor as PP mentioned above so I do not hear any upstairs neighbors.
