If noise is a problem, you might want to request a room AWAY from the actual boardwalk.
The rooms overlooking the boardwalk ARE nice, and have an entertaining view, and it's a pleasure to sit on your balcony in the mornings with your coffee and watch The World wake up.
But: if you're planning on making any early mornings, or getting to bed by 10 or so, the crowds outside your window might be an issue. The place is hopping until 11 or so.
We enjoyed the concierge lounge for the first couple days, but quickly found the snacks to be a little repetitive. Still: it's a nice place to hang out and refresh -- and, at night you can catch part of the Epcot fireworks from there!
