Boardwalk Inn room tours on YouTube

I'm ecstatic because I just changed our mid-September reservation from BLT to BWI, my favorite resort next to my favorite theme park.

BUT... it's been 21 years since I stayed at the BWI. Eep!

We got a water view ressie, and I've been trying to research where to ask to stay -- I would like a quieter room, so hopefully 5th floor near the lawn -- but I really don't know what to expect. I've been searching for videos on YouTube, and I *know* there have to be tons of videos out there. But you know YouTube (and all of Google's products) use algorithms to show what they think you want to see. Well, I don't want to see the glitzy, over-produced, over-paid-for commercial stuff from the "popular" YouTubers. I want to see the real thing!

So if you know of any "normal" ["unpopular"] videos with actually useful, non-commercial content about the Boardwalk Inn, I am really interested! Please let me know where I *should* be looking.

I'm interested too! We usually stay at Yacht or Beach Club but I'm looking at BWI for a spring '22 vacation to change things up a bit. That would be a new spot for us and I'm not quite as familiar with the room layout and views there.

Come on. Just go to YouTube and type "Disney's Boardwalk Inn". Then look for the newest videos. There a bunch...I'm mean all the time BTW

As I said in my original post, I have looked -- quite a lot, really -- and no, there are not new videos. There are not even a bunch of old videos. I suggest you follow your own advice and find out how many videos there really are which are specifically about BoardWalk Inn rooms -- not villas, not the attractions on the BoardWalk, but actual water view rooms in the Inn. "A bunch" isn't the descriptor I would use.

Having identified the lack of such, I will probably post short, quiet, useful videos of my own after I've been in September.

I lost a year. BWI hasn't had hotel side opened in a year. Your most recent videos gonna have to be mostly before Covid.

Ah, gotcha. I like the room tours for the rooms. But that makes sense.
