Boardwalk Grand Villa locations

We usually stay in a Grand Villa once every year or every other year. It's funny that we seem to get the same one every time. Do all the Grand villas face the Boardwalk, how many are there, and where are they all located? I have heard of the two floor Grand villa, but have never tried it. Has anyone tried both? and which did you prefer? We love the one we keep getting, but would be interested to know where the others are located.
