Boardwalk Garden View?

Anyone ever stay in the Garden View section of Boardwalk Inn?

What were your experiences? What was the view like? Can you share any pictures?

Are you talking about a regular garden view room or the garden view suites?

There really isn't a category for regular garden view, the regular rooms are either standard view or water view. Garden is part of standard. Standard could also be facing the driveway area. I would put garden view on your request. We had a standard view last year that faced the walkway to the bus stop on the second floor. It was only 1 night so it wasn't a big deal, but I wouldn't have been happy with it for the entire week, people were always walking by. I didn't make any requests other than non-smoking and we didn't get there until after 3:00pm so that's all that was left.

We had a garden view room at the BWI and I thought it was fantastic! Right below us were the rose gardens and garden suites... then straight across we could see the quiet pool. We also could see the taller buildings in the World Showcase and had a perfect view of Illuminations!!

We really like the garden view room we had - it was on the ground floor - I could sit out on the veranda in the AM waiting for DH to wake up. It was a quiet place to stay. (we lucked into it - I wouldn't have like the driveway view!)

The Garden View room I reserved is the same price as the Standard Room. And I did put Garden view on my request.
