Does anyone know how large the garden suites are at the Boardwalk?...am getting married there in 2 weeks, and we have two of them reserved...one is going to be for all the kids to hang out in after the wedding, and the other is going to be for the adults to hang in for a bit after the wedding, and then for the bride and myself later in the evening...*wink, wink*....LOL

i have seen the floor diagrams and pictures, but it's tough to get a good idea on thr actual size...are they big enough for 10-15 adults to relax in for a few drinks or for 7 kids to relax in?...

also, i know we will be getting access to concierge lounge with the suite, so does anyone have any info on the lounge at the boardwalk?

copper68....I have not stayed in the Garden Suites but have toured them so my memory is not really clear having just breezed thru them. They have an upstairs which is where the bed and bathroom are and downstairs is a bit of a living room. They are not huge and because the space is split up and down it feels more cozy than spacious. However because of the gorgeous gardens that the rooms open out to , you should have plenty of room to entertain your guests. And the space is very appropriate for a very lovely after wedding party. Check out these suites on ourlaughingplace.com...there are some photos there. The concierge lounge is very pretty and has a balcony that you can see some of the fireworks from Illuminations. There is also a great, very comfy longe in the lobby of the Inn. These suites are also very close to the quiet pool at the Inn which is my favorite quiet pool at WDW. It sounds like a wonderful choice for you...Best Wishes on your marriage!!

Good news is that the bedroom is open to the living room below. The bedroom is more like a loft, so the guests upstairs sitting on the bed will be able to be a part of the conversation or create their own.

There are two bathrooms, one upstairs and one down. There is a little kitchenette, too.

I think there is probably seating for 6 adults downstairs, maybe some could sit on the step, some could sit upstairs on the bed. Some or all of you may enjoy sitting in your own garden area ouside which is really wonderful itself. I loved the garden suites. Just curious whether or not you looked into the Boardwalk Villas. There are more chairs in them than there are in the suites.

Maybe you could ask for a couple extra chairs to be brought to your room.
