Boardwalk Fun?

What kind of things are there to do in the evening along the Boardwalk? Not in the clubs, but my DH, DS and I are just interested in sightseeing one evening in December and stopping in for the infamous Kitchen Sink. Thanks so much.

The Kitchen Sink is at "Beaches & Cream" which is at the Beach Club - not Boardwalk. They're very close to one another - you can easily walk or take a boat over.

There are surrey bikes for rent and you'll generally find street performers on Thursdays - Saturdays. Nice shops. The lights are fun after dark.

It depends on what time of day you go and what time of year you go.

At night you can go to the bridge between Boardwalk and Beach Club to watch Illuminations (the mid to higher parts of the show). There's a couple of carnival type games and as someone else mentioned there are street performers some nights and the Surrey bike rentals. There's also a candy/Ice Cream store if you just want an ice cream. There are restaurants (Spoodles, The Flying Fish, ESPN and the Big River Grill) and the general store. In the ESPN store there's some Arcade games. If you just want to see the sights you could always just take the boats that go between the Epcot resorts and the MGM or Epcot parks --- It's quite pretty on the lake at night. We like to just walk the circle around the lake.

During the Christmas/Holiday season there's some nice decorations to see and they had some storytelling, etc... in the lobby.

Five resorts are all within walking distance, Swan, Dolphin, Boardwalk, Yacht Club, Beach Club, or by boat. Very pretty, Christmas time or otherwise.
