I don't know the right forum for this question so ask the moderator to move this if need be.
Where do you park if you want to dine at the Boardwalk and are staying off-site? Also will be there for the Superbowl. Do you need reservations at ESPN? How early do you need to get there if not? Is there a cover charge?
Thanks.

It has been a bit since we ate there so I apologize if any of this is no longer accurate!

We parked at the hotel parking - we indicated we were going to dine & we did that (and shopped a bit). I'm sure it wasn't as much of a problem as it was daytime hours. There is also a parking lot behind Hess gas, but a further walk.

We did not need reservations - not sure if they even do them. There were two areas at that time. Longer wait for the dining room. We ate a couple of times at a booth in the bar area. It was noisier in there, but quicker seating.

Wonder if they still have those awesome nachos.........

ESPN Club does not accept ADR's. Have been at BW during Super Bowl and you must arrive 1-2 hrs before gametime if you want in. They do set tv's outside on boardwalk to watch. This is most crowded "sports bar" I've ever seen for Super Bowl. There are other threads here about this, check them out. If you're commited to staying for the game just valet the car at BW.

We just had dinner 3 nights ago. While browsing the menu I contemplated ordering the nachos. I saw that the family at the next table had them & I asked the mom how they were. She replied, "Not much meat at all...just a lot of tortilla chips."

I ordered the pulled pork instead - quite tasty:thumbsup2

For parking, we just used valet at the Boardwalk.

**About the Superbowl...DH & DS watched Superbowl 2009 at the Turf Club lounge at SSR. There weren't but about a dozen people watching there.

Well, for the Super Bowl, it's going to be crowded. For parking, they more than likely will not allow you to park in the normal hotel parking lot as they will reserve that for hotel guests only. You can park in the across the street overflow parking area, though. Or, you can valet park at the Boardwalk (I think the cost is $14?). As for the time about getting there, I honestly think 1-2 hours is way too short of a time frame although I am a person who gets to things early. I don't think I'm wrong saying people will be at the ESPN Club right when it opens and will remain there for the game. The earlier the better, in my opinion.
